Super simple, super fast smoothies

Don’t have time for complicated smoothies? Keep it simple and you will keep coming back. Pick one item from each column, throw in the blender with water or coconut water, or half of each, and enjoy. Make a green on or a red one depending on your preference. Use white powder(maca), hemp or chia seeds with your strawberries or beets for the red smoothie. Enjoy.
