One Orange

One Bannana

One Apple

2 cups Spinach

Ginger – small chunk

Tumeric – dash

Chia seeds

Water

You can lose weight with these two tips!

1.  Don’t eat after 6pm

2.  Drink a quart of green smoothie every day (rotate greens)

You can use any lettuce, spinach, kale, chard, beet greens, cilantro, parsley, etc..  Then add in fruit and water and blend.  Think of it like a fruit smoothie with greens!
