Zoe’s Quinoa Salad:

  • Spinach
  • Pinto beans
  • Quinoa
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Ground Flax Seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Sharp cheddar cheese
  • Turmeric
  • Walnuts
  • Pecans
  • Italian herb seasoning

Dressing:

  • Soy sauce or Braggs liquid amino acids
  • Maple syrup
  • Lime juice
  • White Balsamic
  • Mustard

Put the dressing on the quinoa first so it won’t get all soggy.

Yogurt:

You can make this raw if you want to keep all the healthy enzymes in there if you have raw milk available in your community.

Heat milk to 110F or 43C on the stove, (above 118F will kill the enzymes)

Add a previously made or bought yogurt or a powdered yogurt starter mix and stir

I like to use a crockpot and heat the water to 110F or 43C as well and have that ready to go.

Then place the yogurt in the crockpot and cover it with a blanket and let sit 8-12 hr.  I put mine into jars with tip fitting lids and just set in in the crockpot like that.
If you want to up level your health click here!  Knowledge is not what creates change.  We often know what we need to do to lose weight, feel better, achieve our goals, etc.  Yet we don’t do it!  Why is that?  One ancient yoga text says, First establish being!  Then take action!!  Actions is the key to creating the future we want.  Sitting in Silence is key to being present and aware, and creating space.  So get centered, focused, and clear, and then take action today!!!
